Special Works

Over time Geostructures have adapted and developed various techniques to allow us to complete projects that may include overlapping skills and lateral thinking. Some of these projects are considered difficult due to their location, such as working over water or the restricted nature of their access. Others are difficult due to the fragility of the structure or due to limitations on working hours and noise.

Let us help you, we may have done something similar before:

  • space creation, removing load bearing walls
  • high level beams using stooling techniques
  • shoring, propping and temporary works
  • cementitious grouting for void filling
  • chemical grouting using controlled expanding foams
  • machine base construction
  • jacking and lifting to remove distortion, re-level buildings or close cracks
  • moving structures
  • root barriers
